Getting Started

In August of 2018 Jerry had gotten himself a new camera and lens and was a bit excited about his acquization. Comming home from Show Low we stopped at A-1 Lake and he told me to try out the camera. I took the lake pictures below. Going on there was a pretty sunset at Sunrise Junction and I took some more. A couple days later I tried another sunset and I got the beaver at Becker's Wildlife Area. It was fun. Jerry got a new lens and I got the new camera and older lens. We both had Nikon D-7200s with a 28-300 lens and one with a Nikon 18-300 lens. Now we have again swithed lens around and now I use a Tamron 18-400 and Jerry uses a Tamron 150-600 for animals and some older lens for other things.

Then we tried elk under low light and got decent results.

I was off to the races!
